The enquiry composer stays in your browser
The enquiry tool prepares a message on your device. It does not submit the form to a WestHome server, a CRM, an advertising platform or a mailing list. Selecting “Prepare my enquiry” only displays your draft. Nothing is sent unless you choose an external contact method and send the message through that service. Please do not enter passport details, identity numbers, bank information or sensitive personal data.
When you choose to contact Alperen
A phone call, email or WhatsApp message is processed through the service you choose. The information may include your name, contact details, message and property preferences. Your chosen communications provider also processes information under its own terms and privacy notice. These providers may operate outside Türkiye; opening a link is not blanket consent to every subsequent processing or international transfer.
Purposes and possible recipients
An enquiry may be used to respond to your request, discuss a shortlist, coordinate a requested viewing, maintain necessary correspondence and address legal obligations or disputes. Access should be limited to the identified operator and people needed to handle the request. Contact details must not be passed to property owners, developers or external professionals without an appropriate purpose, legal basis and notice. This website does not automatically enrol visitors in marketing.
Legal grounds and your choice
Under Law No. 6698, processing must have a valid legal ground appropriate to its actual purpose. Depending on the request, this may concern steps for a proposed contract, a legal obligation, the establishment or protection of a right, or a properly assessed legitimate interest. Where explicit consent is required, it must be sought separately and specifically. Merely visiting this site or acknowledging this notice is not treated as consent.
Hosting, technical logs and transfers
This release includes Google Analytics 4 measurement using property ID G-2EXB9LXDCP so website visits and interaction data can be measured. The Google tag is loaded from googletagmanager.com and Google may process technical identifiers and usage information under its own terms and privacy documentation. The site does not include advertising pixels, embedded maps, embedded social media or remotely loaded fonts. Approved property images are served locally. The hosting provider may also process technical access or security logs, including IP addresses. Hosting, analytics settings and any applicable transfer safeguards should be reviewed before public launch.
Retention and security
The browser composer and shortlist are not saved in cookies, local storage or a WestHome database. Messages you choose to send and technical hosting logs have a different lifecycle. A purpose-specific retention schedule, provider arrangements, access controls and deletion process must be finalised for the operating business before public launch. No arbitrary retention duration is asserted in this preview.
Your rights under KVKK
Subject to Article 11 of Law No. 6698, you may ask whether your personal data is processed, request information about processing, learn its purpose and recipients, request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, request deletion or destruction where the legal conditions apply, and ask that applicable corrections or deletions be notified to recipients. You may object to an adverse result produced solely by automated analysis and seek compensation where unlawful processing causes damage.
